Orders and Payments a. All orders for photographic prints are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. b. Prices for prints, framing, and other services are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. c. Payment for orders is required in full before we proceed with printing and shipping. Shipping and Delivery a. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times vary based on location, product type, and availability. b. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part. c. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by third-party couriers or delivery services.
Returns and Refunds a. We strive to provide high-quality photographic prints. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund based on your preference. b. Custom or personalized prints are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. c. In the event of a return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
Copyright and Usage a. All photographic prints sold by Tawana e Matla are protected by copyright law. You do not acquire any rights to the digital image or the copyright by purchasing a print. b. Prints purchased are for personal use only. Commercial use or redistribution of any image is prohibited without prior written consent from the photographer. c. You may not alter, modify, or use the images in any manner that infringes upon the copyright.
Product Quality a. We guarantee that all photographic prints are produced with high-quality materials and professional printing methods. b. Due to the nature of photographic printing, colours may vary slightly between different prints or monitors. c. All prints are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Customer Obligations a. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. b. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of others.
Limitation of Liability a. In no event will Tawana e Matla be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. b. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of photographic prints will not exceed the amount paid by you for the print in question.
